The Decatur Indoor Sports Center and the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Chi Xi Omega Chapter are teaming up to bring you a FREE family friendly heart healthy evening. On February 7 we will be hosting an evening full of activities, refreshments, information and prizes focusing on heart health education. Please join us for fitness demos, childrens obstacle course, informational booths, 3 person power walking relay and more.
