“Transform” Group Personal Training Program

If your goal is to transform your health this summer, register for the DISC’s “TransForm” group personal training program, led by nationally-certified personal trainer and registered nurse Sonja Eades. The 6-week program includes 18 one-hour training sessions, nutrition and supplement information, stress management, and a valuable support system that comes with being part of a group. Fee: $315 for DISC members/$375 for non-DISC members (non-DISC includes a 7-week, full-facility pass)

Couples Training
Exercise with a friend or spouse with our duo exercise training program. Whether you desire one session or longer-term fitness program, our qualified personal instructors will get you motivated to achieve results! Competitive prices and attractive package rates are listed below.

Individual Session:  Member = $40/hour  Non-member = $45/hour
Duo Session:  Member = $60/hour  Non-member = $68/hour
