“Transform” Group Personal Training Program

If your goal is to transform your health this spring, register for the DISC’s “TransForm” group personal training program, led by nationally-certified personal trainer and registered nurse Sonja Eades. The 6-week program includes 18 one-hour training sessions, nutrition and supplement information, stress management, and a valuable support system that comes with being part of a group. Begin your fitness journey today by calling Jeff Rounds at 429-DISC (3472) or Sonja Eades at 454-9652.
Fee: $315 for DISC members/$375 for non-DISC members (non-DISC includes a 7-week, full-facility pass)
Note: Group must consist of at least 3 individuals.


Stroller Club

Socialize and exercise! Throw on your walking shoes and join the Stroller Club at the DISC! This is a great opportunity to meet other parents while exercising. This “open track” style club will not be staffed, so no need to register!
Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 9 – 11 a.m.
Fee: Free for DISC members or $3.25 per visit for non-members
