Family Fitness Class at the DISC
September 12 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Families can get active together during the new Family Fitness classes at the DISC! On Tuesdays, September 12 – October 17 from 6 – 7 p.m., families of 2 or more can participate in yoga, rock wall climbing, zumba, boot camp, games, and more! Classes are designed for ages 6 – adult, and exercises are modified according to participants’ ages and ability levels. Fee is $50 ($45 with resident discount) for 6 classes for 2 family members. Add $10 per each additional family member. A drop-in, “per-class” fee is $7 ($5 with resident discount) per person. Need not be a member of the DISC. Today’s Class: Boot Camp – Improve strength and stamina with sports drills, light weights, jump rope, fun games and interval training.
Ages: 6 – adult
