Online Registration
The Decatur Park District is pleased to introduce WebTrac Online Registration! This system allows you to schedule golf tee times and register for Park District programs and activities from the comfort of your own home or office. Web Registration Enrollment
Please drop off your completed Web Registration Enrollment Form and proof of residence (a driver's license or copy of a current utility bill or tax bill) at the Decatur Indoor Sports Center, 1295 W. Wood, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. You will receive your family's user ID and password upon completion of this enrollment form. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card to process registration online.

You will be able to schedule golf tee times or VIEW programs and activities as a guest. However, to ENROLL in activities or programs, you must be registered with a User ID and password.
To print WebTrac receipts, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download the free program here.
Programs & Activities Online Registration Instructions
Signing In – First Time User
- Click on the Online Registration Logo.
- Enter your User Name and Password. Click “Sign In.”
- If you have not yet received your User Name and Password, please complete the Online Registration Form and return to the DISC, along with proof of residency and a valid credit card (must be 18 years of age).
- The first time you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Passwords are case sensitive and should be 5 – 9 characters long
- You can also set security questions that will be asked if you forget your password. Enter the information and click the SUBMIT button. This information can be edited later under the My Account link on the main page.
Shopping for Classes
- Once you’ve logged in, you’re ready to begin shopping for classes!
- For golf tee times, click on the golf tee time logo
- For activities, select the activity logo
Searching for Classes
- To find a particular class or sport, search by ACTIVITY TYPE
- An ACTIVITY SUBTYPE will also help you narrow your search.
- If you have the Activity Registration Number from a flyer or activity guide, select SEARCH BY NUMBER.
- You may also search for activities by age, gender, start and end date, time of day, day of week, or keyword.
Selecting Your Class
- When you have found the desired activity or class, click on the class number link and select the appropriate family member you wish to enroll from the FAMILY MEMBER TO ENROLL pull-down box.
- Please help us track our marketing efforts by entering how you heard about the class.
- After selecting your activity, ADD TO CART.
- Please review the Participation Waiver information carefully and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the page.
- Click YES, I AGREE, and your registration is complete.
- You may CONTINUE SHOPPING, VIEW SHOPPING CART, or PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
- If you continue shopping, you may continue registering for classes following the instructions above.
- To review all of your selections, VIEW SHOPPING CART.
Checking Out
- If you are satisfied with your class selections, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
- A SUMMARY OF CHARGES will appear.
- Enter the payment amount and your payment method (you must use a debit or credit card for online registration), click CONTINUE.
- Complete your credit card and billing information on the next screen. Click CONTINUE.
- Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4-digit expiration date (i.e. 0506 for May 2006)
- You must also enter your credit card’s CVV number (3-digit number on back of card).
- Do not click the CONTINUE button more than once or you may be charged multiple times.
- Once the payment is authorized, your receipt will appear in your browser. You may print or save for your records.
- Your transaction is complete!
Online Golf Tee Time Policy
Online Tee Time Reservation Policy
Golfers may schedule online tee times 7 days in advance (for weekdays) and on the Monday before for the upcoming weekend. Users with an established online household account and current valid golf membership (season pass or 30/60 coupon book holders, Park District partners, or full time and grade 1 Park District employees) can make reservations beginning at 7:00 a.m. A pin number must be provided. Guests may schedule online tee times starting at 8:30 a.m. Guests will be required to provide the following information to use the online tee time policy: first and last name, address, phone number, and email address. All transactions require a credit card to hold the tee time.
Golfers will be allowed to book reservations for 2 – 4 players; however the Pro Shop reserves the right to fill any open slots. Online bookings for more than four players require each tee time to be booked one foursome at a time. You must complete the entire tee time transaction before booking an additional tee time.
Online Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your tee time, please call the Pro Shop so your scheduled time may be opened for other golfers. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
On days deemed by the Decatur Park District as “golfable days” (temperature of 50º or higher and less than 1/10 of an inch of rain), the “No Show Policy” will be in effect. Guests and/or members who reserve online tee times and do not check in for their tee times or do not cancel their tee times 24 hours in advance will be considered “No Shows.” You will be charged for 50% of the unused reservations NOT cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. For example, if you book a tee time for 4 people and 4 people do not show, you will be charged the full green fee for 2 people. If you book a tee time for 4 people and 2 show up (2 no-shows), you will be charged one full green fee for the absent players.

Online Booking - Credit Cards
You may use Visa or MasterCard to reserve your tee time at any of the Decatur Park District golf courses. There is no additional fee for booking tee times online.
