Decatur Indoor Sports Center Registration Information

Online Registration

The Decatur Park District is pleased to introduce WebTrac Online Registration!  This system allows you to register for Park District programs includinig DISC fitness classes and activities from the comfort of your own home or office.  If you have questions, please call 429-3472 or email karenm@decparks.com.

Web Registration Enrollment

Please drop off your completed Web Registration Enrollment Form and proof of residence (a driver's license or copy of a current utility bill or tax bill) at the Decatur Indoor Sports Center, 1295 W. Wood, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. You will receive your family's user ID and password upon completion of this enrollment form. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card to process registration online.

Fax your completed registration form including credit card payment information (Visa and MasterCard only) to the Decatur Indoor Sports Center: 217-421-6642.  The facsimile form substitutes for and has the same legal effect as the original document.
