Group ExerciseJoin your friends at the DISC, and enjoy a wide range of aerobics and fitness classes. From Pilates to Step and Tone, Body Sculpting to Walk Fit, the DISC offers classes for every skill level to keep participants fit and healthy. The DISC also offers late night classes to accommodate our 9-5 members. Click here for a list of our current classes. Fitness CenterThe DISC’S Fitness Center provides a variety of circuit training equipment, fitness machines, and exercise gear to help you reach your fitness goals. Try one of our seven StarTrac treadmills, six Precor elliptical machines, four Precor recumbent bikes, rowing machine, and Sci-Fit arm bike. Or work out on our complete circuit of weight machines to increase your metabolism and enhance your tone. Exercise/medicine balls and floor mats are also available. For the more advanced weight lifter, the DISC offers a complete set of dumbbells (5 - 90 lbs.) equipped with ergonomic handles, a Smith Press machine, and 5 multi-use benches with curl bars. For individuals with special needs, specially designed circuit training equipment provides comfortable wheelchair access.
