If your goal is to transform your health this summer, register for the DISC’s new “TransForm” group personal training program, led by nationally-certified personal trainer and registered nurse Sonja Eades. The 6-week program includes 18 one-hour training sessions, nutrition and supplement information, stress management, and a valuable support system that comes with being part of a group.
