Stay healthy with the DISC’s free fitness assessments – a real perk for all full facility pass holders! Our certified instructors evaluate weight measurements, waist-to-hip ratio, body fat percentage, blood pressure, and resting heart rate. You’ll receive an explanation of your results and how they affect your health.
You’ll also receive a personalized workout recommendation. Assessments take just 15 – 30 minutes. Contact our qualified professionals, Jeff Rounds or Elisabeth Lee, for an appointment. Additional sessions are available for a nominal fee.
